Terms & Conditions
Please read through my terms & conditions set out below. No agreement can be made until these have been thoroughly read and accepted by the client/s.
No agreement for wedding day styling & reservation of dates will be entered unless all the following have been satisfied:
A non-refundable deposit of £60.00 has been received in the form of cash/bank transfer for a package booking.
If any add on services are required, a further £100.00 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit will need to be paid in addition to package booking to form an add-on service agreement.
For additional services or change of location, confirmation amounts are subject to change.
All deposits are payable at the time of booking.
A £60.00 charge will occur to any date changes.
Cancellations by you
You reserve the right to cancel your booking at any point prior to the wedding day. Please note that the following charges will apply:
Loss of deposit.
12 weeks’ notice must be given for cancellations otherwise balance will be due in FULL.
Cancellation of an add-on service will also need to have 12 weeks’ notice, otherwise full balance will need to be paid.
Moving deposits from an add-on service to a package booking is not eligible.
Cancellations due to circumstances out of your control
If you need to cancel your booking due a circumstance outside of your control (for example a local lockdown). In this instance, your booking fee can be transferred to a new date without charge, although additional costs may apply (inflation/different year) and providing I am available on the new date. If I am unavailable on the new date, 50% of your booking fee deposit will be retained to cover administration time and loss of date costs.
Cancellations by myself
In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend your booking due to illness, injury, personal emergency or any circumstance beyond my control, I will endeavour to find a replacement hairstylist of a similar standard. This cannot, however, be guaranteed and if I am unable to find a replacement stylist you will receive a full refund, less any trial costs.
Exclusivity is not guaranteed for the day of your event booking; therefore, timings will be seriously considered when agreeing to any booking. It is unlikely there will be another event booking on the same day as your own, however if so, this will not affect your service. An exclusivity fee can be arranged if preferred. For bookings of 7 or more there may be another stylist at hand for assistance.
The client will cover any necessary travel expenses of the stylist which is quoted within at the time of booking. For bookings over 3-hour journeys from myself, a hotel will be required at the expense of the client.
Any parking charges will need to be notified to myself before arrival and paid by yourself.
For destination weddings airport transfers both in the UK and abroad, flights and accommodation should all be provided.
Responsibility of the client
The client should inform myself of any issues that may affect the use of equipment or products. This includes sensitivities, allergies and medical conditions. I cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that is incurred due to the client’s failure to inform the stylist of any known conditions. I reserve the right to refuse service to the client or members of the party at risk.
Payment must be paid 7 days prior to event date by bank transfer or before styling begins on the day if payable by cash. If cash is preferred please inform me when balance is due so that I am aware.
Photography & Privacy
You agree that photographs of any styling on yourself & any participant of your wedding party can be used on my website, social media platforms or anywhere else deemed ﬁt, purely for purpose of business.
Information collected from you will be stored safely and is used to carry out your instructions or to contact you. There are no circumstances under which this information might be passed to a third party. All records are destroyed within a set time frame as set out by Data Protection law.
By law it is required to keep records of your services, and this includes personal data. Your personal data is stored securely and is not visible to anyone other than the stylist at any time. These records are kept for six years, after which time, if you are no longer a client, your personal data will be destroyed. Records will be automatically deleted at the six year point after your last appointment.
